Information used for your journey

We collect passenger names, a contact mobile number, seat selections, and journey details to manage your booking and send your ticket.

Payments and SMS

Our payment provider processes payment details. We store payment references and status, not card credentials. Our SMS provider receives the contact number and message information needed to deliver verification codes, booking confirmations and recovery links.

Mobile verification

Before payment, we send a code to check that you can receive messages on your contact number. A temporary verification cookie connects this check to your booking. Changing the number requires verification again.

Ticket access

Ticket links are private access links. Share them only with the passengers in your booking. Links expire, and a new link can be requested using the registered mobile number.

Access and support

Authorized operator staff can access booking details to provide the service. Contact the operator with requests to correct your information or questions about its handling.
